1. ARTWORK

All artworks are original works or authorised reproductions created by Kate Owen, Noosa, Queensland,

Due to differences in screen displays, colours may vary slightly from the original artwork.

2.PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) or, where enabled, in your local currency for convenience.

Final charges are processed in AUD and may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider’s exchange rate at the time of payment.

Prices may occasionally be updated to reflect new work, limited availability, changes in production or shipping costs, or significant currency fluctuations. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be received in full before artwork is shipped.

3. SHIPPING

Shipping availability and costs are shown on the product page, included in the cost prices.

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS are generally shipped either:

-- Rolled in a protective mailing tube for most international deliveries;

— Stretched and ready to hang to all except remote Australian locations;

— As per arranged with me and confirms in writing for special requirements.

All artworks are professionally packed and shipped with access d free materials and tracking where available.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied by their country.

4. DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed by Kate Owen Art.

5. RETURNS & DAMAGE

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the artwork and packaging so that the issue can be assessed promptly.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in the case of a major fault or damage during transit. In the case of original artworks which may not be able to be replaced, please contact me personally to discuss and agree your preferred option. My goal is to have 100% happy customers.

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

If you have a genuine concern about an original artwork, please contact us within five (5) days of receiving the work so we can discuss the matter personally. Each situation will be considered individually, and we will aim to reach a fair and reasonable resolution.

Return shipping costs and safe return packaging may be the responsibility of the buyer unless the artwork is deemed faulty or damaged.

PRINTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER ARTWORKS

All prints and made-to-order artworks are produced specifically for each customer. For this reason, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for prints unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

All artworks, images, and content on this website remain the copyright of Kate Owen.

The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.
