GRASSLANDS No1

This was the first of many Grasslands paintings I have created. I became fascinated by long grasses and the way they air moves through them - they are my most tranquil and relaxing works. Some have been huge and they impart a very special peace to your room. I kept this painting because it was my first on this subject, but as my new studio is nearly 3000 km away from Hobart, it’s time to let go of it. It’s on sale right now. Normally this painting would be fine just hung without a frame. But it has a little scuffing on the edge which is why the price has been so reduced, and you might prefer to frame it.
