An underwater scene beneath a seemingly normal beach. It features transparent jellyfish, a shoal of fish and some coral. The painting is made up of many layers of both textured and transparent paint to give some depth to the scene and I tried to get a golden glow of the sun shining down through the depths.
Also in the artwork are two of Noosa River's popular Barbecue Boats. The one above water is moderately normal, but the other whose exact location is unclear, is a little bit twisted and strange, offering a view through its windows into more sunlit water. This painting, like almost all my current artworks, makes little or no effort to match what we see in real life.
