My museum quality Giclee prints, on both Paper and Canvas, are rolled and shipped in a Mailing Tube free of charge in Australia and overseas.
Mailing tube shipping is by far the safest, most efficient and economical way to ship my artwork - then when you receive it you can get a local framer to prepare it exactly how you choose.
If you prefer to receive your artwork ready to hang on the wall, you can simply have the work STRETCHED - (the sides will be coloured or sometimes mirrored to match the print), and it looks very contemporary (this is my preferred way to hang artwork).
Or if you prefer, you can add a Float Frame in black, white or natural timber. Prices will adjust as you explore each option in the purchase section of this page.
The resulting price is then all you then have to pay as shipping within all but the most remote areas of Australia is included in the price.
If you would like a stretched or framed work shipped overseas, or to remote Australian destinations, please contact me directly at kate@kateowenart.com. Depending on the location, it may cost a little extra, but I try to keep all prices as low as possible.
Note: we do not frame paper prints either here or overseas due to the fragility of the glass in the frames. It's much safer for you to get it done locally.
This is one of the 4 or so Grasslands paintings available as Limited Edition (50) Giclee Prints on Canvas - at present the prints are all 152 x 90cms (60 x 36”), the same size as the original painting. Please enquire if you would like a larger print of the artwork for your wall, and for more detailed information about my prints, please see the FAQ on this website.
A series of 50 Limited Edition prints is available for Desert Storm, either on paper or canvas. This artwork is perfect for Giclee prints as its strong design and highly textured finish look extremely striking.
Of course the reason these prints look so good is because they are such high quality reproductions and it's honestly hard to believe they are actually prints.
Please note all my prints can be shipped world wide rolled in a mailing tube - please see the FAQ section or contact me for more information.
Where I grew up on Kangaroo Island, off the coast of South Australia, there were many places where grasses grew free and long.... As children we would lie back in the grass listening to its whispering sounds and gazing at the sky. Since then, I've always paid attention to grasses wherever I am in the world, and I'm always amazed at the variety; but at the same time, that they all make me feel sooooo relaxed! Painting grasslands is also relaxing and meditative. Many people who have bought these paintings have said they bring peace to their home.... maybe because we all have those childhood memories and imagine the breeze sighing through the grass. If you want a relaxing interior, you could try adding one of these to your wall.
