Simple vertical painting where the sky and water hole are joined by a narrow waterfall. The interest in the painting is in the unusual colours and textures of the rocks coupled with a white waterfall with patches of blue showing through. The truth is the painting was of orange rocks and bright blue waterfall, but although it looked quite spectacular, I grew bored with it. My style is moving to a more complex composition of layers of paint and colour because a painting stays interresting for a much longer time. So Kimberley Waterfall underwent a major make-over!
